Greetings all my fellow Gambians!
I must apologize for such a late article as I promised to write an update about progress in The Gambia every Friday and now it's already Monday. I hope you will forgive me for that as I had some RL tests in my college that I had to prepare to.
This time article will me much shorter than previously as now we are keeping the phase we started so no major changes in the plans.
Economy
Economy is growing and the demand for The Gambia's currency is good and money is flowing which allows us to build up the governments base economy. Our dear
Jamboon has written a statistical article "An Overview of The Gambia Economy" where he in a good way showcases how competitive The Gambia is compering to other large scale economy countries. Please do not hesitate to give this article a vote and also subscribe his newspaper to be first to read the next articles he write.
As I mentioned in my previous article I will work forwards to upgrade the governments companies to Q5. Little been done but still it's a progress. So the changes in company qualities are:
Q3 Iron to Q5 Iron - Bank Company
Q3 Grain to Q4 grain - MU Company
Q4 Food to Q5 food - MU Company
Government companies are now working with full speed so if you see a job offer from Gambia National Bank then apply and don't worry for the salary. It will be given accordingly to the job market prices, even the offer is lower at that time.
Military
This week has been a big struggle for me in field of military as I've come to realize that even we are a big and strong country we still lack of passion and experience in fighting. The first prove was when our allies Sierra Leone was struggling so hard against whole SiO alliance and trying to keep their territories and we were not much of a help. The Gambia couldn't offer smart dmg and by that I mean dmg done in the last 2 minutes of the round which are the most crucial minutes of the round. Now Sierra Leone is down to it's core regions and I hope we will be able to help them to get back where they were because if we don't then we are next and then it will be too late.
The second prove was our beloved Nation Cup where we were against our allies Mali in the first battle and we lost it because of how well did Mali organized their damage. Just like I said - smart dmg in t-2. Yes, we have potential in dmg as we did almost the same amount of damage as they did but we lost because we didn't fight smart. We had an attempt to coordinate t-2 damage in the last round and the attempt was good, we were bit short on people but it was a good practice. I hope people could try to organize themselves and fight as late as possible without wasting their dmg to a wall. We have potential, it just needs to be polished a bit and then we will show the world how strong we are.
Also at the moment I am trying to come up with some support system from government side to all Mu's and citizens without Mu's, so if you have any idea how government could assist you and your friends in a fight, let us know by contacting me via PM.
Politics
As everyone knows, today is the congress elections and I welcome everyone to vote for their favorites. But please take into a consideration how good of a congressman the candidate is or will be as I must say that previous congress was terrible. I am not saying that every single congressman in the previous congress was bad but half of it was. Honestly congress can and did slow down how effective the country can operate. If National Bank don't have currency to put in MM and congress needs 24hrs to print currency when it could be done in less than an hour, in that case it may cost some trouble in MM and market itself for a while as speculators are just looking for that kind of opportunities. So please, vote for people that will be active as activity was issue.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. Its creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
