Setiap barang di e-sim dibuat dari perusahaan yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, terdapat 13 jenis perusahaan, yang dapat dibedakan menjadi 2 subjenis:
1)Barang jadi: Weapon, House, Gift, Food, Ticket, Defense System/DS, Hospital
2)Barang baku: Iron (untuk Weapon), Wood (untuk House), Diamond (untuk Gift), Grain (untuk Food), Oil (untuk Ticket), Stone (untuk DS dan Hospital)
Setiap perusahaan memiliki 5 tahap kualitas, mulai dari Q1 sampai Q5. Peningkatan kualitas ini akan meningkatkan jumlah produksi (untuk perusahaan barang baku) atau meningkatkan kualitas produk (untuk perusahaan barang jadi). Setiap perusahaan dari awal memiliki kualitas Q1, dan untuk meng-upgrade kualitas perusahaan membutuhkan biaya upgrade sebesar 20G, 50G, 100G, dan 200G per tahap upgrade.
Cara membuat perusahaan ialah dengan membuka page Company di My places > Companies. Setiap perusahaan yang dibuat memiliki lokasi di tempat agan sewaktu membuat perusahaan tsb. dan tidak bisa dipindah.
Faktor kunci dari jalannya perusahaan ialah dari produktifitas yang dihasilkan. Tutorial tentang produktifitas dapat dilihat di sini . Setiap barang memerlukan produktifitas yang berbeda, yaitu:
-Semua barang baku: 1 Barang = 1 Produktifitas
-Weapon: 1 Barang = 2/4/6/8/10 Produktifitas (untuk Q1-Q5)
-Food: 1 Barang = 1/2/3/4/5 Produktifitas
-DS/Hospital: 1 Barang = 300/600/900/1200/1500 Produktifitas
-House: 1 Barang = 600/1200/1800/2400/3000 Produktifitas
-Gift: 1 Barang = 2/4/6/8/10 Produktifitas
-Ticket: 1 Barang = 4/8/12/16/20 Produktifitas
Beberapa hal penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam membuat perusahaan ialah:
-Lokasi
Jika ingin membuat perusahaan barang baku, maka lokasi perusahaan harus dibuat di lokasi yang memiliki high resource untuk barang baku tsb. Contoh, perusahaan Iron sebaiknya dibuat di lokasi yang memiliki high iron, seperti Penghu atau Sumatera . Untuk perusahaan barang jadi, lokasi relatif bebas, tetapi diusahakan di lokasi yang juga memiliki high resource untuk barang baku yang bersangkutan. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi hilangnya bonus high resource jika lokasi tersebut berpindah tangan.
Selain itu, negara tempat perusahaan juga harus memiliki ibukota, dalam kata lain lokasi capital tidak dijajah negara lain. Hal ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan bonus produksi. Contoh, berhubung negara Bulgaria tidak memiliki ibukota (lokasi ibukota, Sofia , sedang dijajah Serbia), maka perusahaan yang berlokasi di Bulgaria akan kehilangan bonus produktifitas dari ibukota.
-Pegawai
Salah satu hal penting lain ialah pegawai, karena tidak mungkin perusahaan akan jalan tanpa pegawai (kecuali self-worker, alias kerja di perusahaan sendiri). Hal yang penting ialah: berapa jumlah pegawai yang dibutuhkan? apakah jumlah pegawai di negara tsb. banyak? apakah gaji di negara tersebut kondusif? apakah kurs mata uang lokal di negara tsb. relatif stabil? Setiap orang memiliki pertimbangan masing-masing.
Untuk persediaan uang untuk gaji, minimal dibutuhkan sekitar 5-10G. Jumlah ini harus dapat diperkirakan dari awal sesuai kebutuhan dan kondisi.
-Supply-Demand
Supply dan Demand dapat dilihat dari kondisi marketplace di negara-negara (Market > Product market). Cara lain ialah dengan mengunjungi pasar global di IRC server rizon, channel #strade . Channel tersebut menampung relatif lebih banyak tawaran, karena selain bebas pajak VAT, channel tersebut menampung orang dari negara apapun.
Selain untuk menentukan daya jual, hal ini juga penting untuk mengetahui suplai bahan baku.
Berdasarkan kondisi-kondisi di atas, harus dirangkum berbagai pertimbangan. Apakah hasil produksi memadai? Berapakah jumlah keuntungan? Apakah perlu untuk meng-upgrade kualitas? Apakah harus men-downgrade kualitas perusahaan? Apakah perlu memberhentikan perusahaan untuk sementara? Apakah perlu untuk menambah perusahaan lain? Hal-hal tersebut harus dipertimbangkan masak-masak untuk memperoleh hasil yang memuaskan.
Beberapa tips:
1)Perhitungan yang matang adalah salah satu faktor penting dari perusahaan. Salah satu cara ialah dengan menggunakan kalkulator produktifitas (link) .
2)Jika ingin memasang job offer, pastikan offer berada di paling atas (gaji yang ditawarkan paling tinggi untuk skill ybs.). Pastikan juga timing offer yang pas sewaktu banyak orang yang online . Hal ini bertujuan agar offer pekerjaan lebih cepat di-accept. Selain itu, jaga gaji agar selalu di atas offer di job market supaya pegawai tsb. tetap bekerja di perusahaan.
3)Pantau monetary market. Di beberapa negara, kondisi kurs mata uang relatif tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan, dapatkan mata uang lokal sewaktu harga G tinggi.
4)Jika ingin berjual beli di channel #strade , pastikan familiar dengan fitur kontrak, karena sebagian (bisa dibilang mayoritas) orang meminta kontrak sebagai medium transaksi

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
