Buenos días, tardes o noches dependiendo del momento en el cual estén leyendo el presente mensaje; como ya saben el Gabinete Presidencial ya está constituido y en ésta oportunidad estoy designado para llevar a cabo el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas; agradezco la confianza depositada en mi para emprender éste proyecto el cual tengo muchas grandes ideas para poder hacer una economía sostenible social de mercado por lo cual pasaré a detallar:
Valor de la moneda VEF
Hasta hace unos días el valor del VEF estuvo en 0.04Gold por lo cual fue una moneda muy accesible para todos sin embargo como ley de estabilidad monetaria; a menor valor mayor el precio sin embargo ésto va a ser regulado aumentando el valor de la moneda nacional a 0.1Gold cosa que los productos vendidos en el Mercado Nacional serán súper baratos.
Cambio monetario Gold
Ya se han colocado una minúscula cantidad de oro a la venta el cual será empleado como base imponible para poder tasar la moneda nacional; eso significará que: 10 VEF = 1 Gold y de esa misma manera se fijará la conversión de 1 VEF = 0.1 Gold .
Abastecimiento de productos y monedas
Como todo programa estatal; se necesita de una inversión para poder llevar a cabo éste proyecto sin embargo como recién estoy comenzando como su Ministro de Economía y Finanzas; no tengo un presupuesto asignado, es por ello que de mi posición como empresario privado haré uso de 100 Gold semanales para poner a disposición en el mercado monetario lo que quiere decir que en éste mes contaremos con el financiamiento de 400 Gold por parte de Rich Consolidated Enterprise hacia el mercado monetario nacional para que podamos mantener los precios fijados en las monedas y en caso el proyecto esté resultando bien la primera semana; aumentaré esa inversión a 600 Gold .
Con respecto a los productos que serán colocados en el mercado nacional, yo me encargaré que las Armas Q1 no falten y el precio será de 1 VEF c/u; cada día se actualizará el stock que posea el mercado para que todos tengan acceso a ello; en cuanto a los Panes Q5 ; coordinaré con el Presidente y Vice-Presidente para que instalen empresas de Trigo y Panes Q5 ya que Venezuela es un país que posee una región alta en trigo por ende Venezuela Org podrá abastecer el mercado de Panes Q5 a lo cual el precio que he tenido en mente fue el de 2 VEF y para culminar, en cuanto a los regalos Q5 ; mediante políticas públicas impulsaremos la circulación de ellos mediante particulares y si los precios son muy altos, Rich Consolidated Enterprise buscará la forma de adquirirlos y venderlos a 3 VEF .
Financiación militar
Como todos ya sabemos, cuando hay guerras o defensa nacional, se debe de contar con un presupuesto para poder adquirir suministros ya sea desde armas Q5, panes Q5 y regalos Q5 en caso que nos quedemos sin abastecimiento; para esos casos coordinaré conjuntamente con el Ministro de Defensa para estudiar los planes que tenga y ver si podemos aventurarnos en esos proyectos o en firmas de MPP's.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
