Let's face it - the game called e-Sim is slowly (or not) dying - and why is that so?
Is it just because the community got bored and quit?
Or maybe the new servers comming every 3 months?
Or maybe something quite different?
Plaussibly all. - Players quitting game after years of playing is quite common in every game and thus easy to predict, as there are plenty of reasons to do so which may come in life. But in most of other games, or at least the succesfull ones, there are new players to come and stay in the game to fill the gaps. And why there is not much new players comming to e-Sim?
1. Besides of the initial quests which last for week or two there is nothing to do in the game.
Yes, the initial quests are really nice - so why there are no minor personal quests (like fight 10x in a battle to get 50 weaps Q3 or 10 food Q5) to fullfill daily for all the players? And maybe a special quest every hour with some special reward available for all the players to compete in game(with a rule that single player can only do for example 2 or 3 of these quests per day)?
2. The economic is broke and new players can't hit every day
It is a well known fact, that a single player can not produce all he needs to fight every day and this would be perfectly fine as it pushes the economy to work, but new players simply can not afford to either exchange or buy from their salary enough goods to even fight with their basic limits, which is obviously not encouraging them to stay in the game and a player who plays a week (and has ended the initial quests which might keep him in the game for the begining) should had a chance to fight with at least 10/10 limits with Q1 weaps. The ES improvement over time should allow players to increase this basic expend. Of course the current state of affairs promotes joining MU's but to be honest new players can have problems with that.
3. Game dynamics is way too slow
Battles which last 2h per round are too long, I understand that it allows players from different time zones to participate in battle, but the truth is that if the battle is tense, everyone can prepare and basicaly only the last minutes count. Therefore I would suggest to shorten the round to 1h to make it more dynamic, yet allowing to make some preparations before battle ends.
4. Old records are being removed
I'm not sure why this actually happened, I don't think that gathering those amounts of data is so cost-generating, but it really annoys players and strongly demotivates from further playing.
5. Lack of initiative from the staff
I understand that there could be new projects, but there should be some care given to the problems repetetively reported by the players ingame as well as the complaints about certain features should also be listened or at least responded. And making bot to present some preprepared articles is waaay not enough.
6. Old problems all over again
There are plenty of old bugs and errors which are not fixed even as the time goes by. This one deserves special mentioning even if it somehow contains within the previous point.
7. The more the merrier (or not)?
Making new servers every couple months is not necessarily the best idea to keep the players interested in game, old players, who begin to play on new servers as well start to concentrate on the new instead and maybe for the initial period of time it increases their in game activity, but in the long run they begin to share their small amount of time between two servers and if they stoped watching things on the old one, they lose interest in it.
I encourage all of you to discuss and suggest other solutions in the comment section below
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
