Francisco: Hey, let Introduce urself:
MisterGeorg: My name is Dima, I’m 32. Live in Ukraine (Dnipro).
In RL I work in the family business – the production of women’s shoes.
Francisco: How was created ur sc (some facts from history: reasons, when, start-up capital).
Dima: The idea of creating a joint stock company was born as soon as it became possible in E-sim.
I knew that players have money and at the same time e-Ukrainian market was totally empty and dead. I wanted to recreate the national production in a way where all residents of e-Ukraine would have been involved in it. For that all of residents should invest money and in result receive a profit equal to their investments. That is what allowed me to create Ukrainian Stock Company.
At that time I hadn’t my own funds, so investments were very appropriate. I explained to everyone how it works, country supported my idea with a few firms which I developed with help of, earned from selling shares, money. I had collected in SC’s treasury nearly 800 Gold for 2 days. Start-up capital (50 Gold ) was accumulated by me.
Francisco: Who can become as a shareholder?
Dima: The shareholder can be anybody from the game. But at that moment, when we decide to issue shares, native players as a rule know about it and make their offers for purchasing…so shares are selling by leaps and bounds! All understand that it is an easy way to earn extra profit. Foreigners just couldn’t follow all those transactions so fast.
Francisco: What is average profit per share?
Dima: Dividends are paid 2 times a month. On the 1st and 15th .
The amount of dividends based on the principle: 50% of all gold in treasury at the moment.
As usual its nearly 50-80 gold for 2 weeks, or 100-160 per month. As a result 1 share gives you 0.012 Gold per month (not bad as for as for keeping your money in save).That number I could increase in 5 and 10 times. Unfortunately there are not enough workers at SC’s firms.
Francisco: As I see workers in general are Ukrainian? Is it a part of policy?
Dima: No, it isn’t. This is a special set of circumstances. It is hard for me to attract foreigners to work on my firms. I would like to pay salary in national currency (cuz it is more easy than separate payments in gold to every worker), but we are ready to exchange UAH into Gold according to official currency rate for all workers of SC (that is their bonus for job). Our problem that we have a bit less salaries that average in E-sim. On the other side we haven’t any interruptions with salaries. All our products are ordered by customers in advance. Because noone in E-sim can sell products with such low price. We are out of competition.
Francisco: What is Basic principles of operating SC?
Dima: The main principles are -WARRANTY AND RELIABILITY. Ensuring that the shareholders will not be deceived. I personally promised all members, in case of SC stop its activity, we shall sell all assets and pay 100% dividends. In this way all members will receive gold and shares will lost their value. Sure I haven’t any plans to dissolve that SC. It is interesting for me! Ahh, If only people cold earn money as a share traders, cuz in general when people buy shares they keep them till the end ))
Francisco: U only the one who manage SC?
Dima: Yeap, I am. Of course all important decisions are made by contributors after voting. Shareholders are the owners of SC.
Francisco: Main sources of product sales.
Dima: The main source of sales is 2 great players

Francisco: Is it possible for someone to have exclusive rights for ur products?
Dima: Nope, unfortunately, all doing on equal rights. As private buyer, or as Ukrainian native citizen. Also there are no discounts for such low prices. Behind that price stand people, who agreed earn money stable, but with a bit less than other world!
Francisco: In what ways u plan to develope ur SC ?
Dima: Joint Stock Company develops in hyper-steps in one case - when we have a 2-3 new players..
2-3 Player allows me to reach a new group of goods and raw materials for production.
At the moment, amount of workers enough only for Gift's Q5 (& Diamond) и Ticket Q5 (Oil I usualy buy from Ukrainian producers). As soon as we will have new workers, that agree to work with us, we first of all start produce a CHEAP WEAPONS!

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
