自1840年以来，我们不幸的祖国一直在试图摆脱被外部强权殖民的危险；为此，我们做出了巨大的牺牲。“中华民族到了最危急的时候”，这句凝聚了多少血和泪的话，直到今天，依然有效；我们面临的危险还远远没有真正完结。虎视眈眈、时刻准备着向我们扑过来的强敌，一直在窥视着攻击我们的突破口：台湾、西藏、新疆、香港……肢解、分裂、西化、分化我们的图谋从未停止过。但我们用血肉筑成的伟大长城也始终在抵抗着优势于我们的外来强敌。1949年10月1日，我们终于赢得了共和国的独立，从此掌握了自己的命运；而改革开放三十年，我们终于强大了起来。“试看天下谁能敌”！
但是，今天我们也发现，在我们对外开放的同时，西方对我们的精神征服也加快了步伐。诸多触目惊心的事实证明，我们面对的形势是严峻的，针对我们、特别是我们年轻一代的精神殖民，是来势汹汹的。今天，已经到了我们用精神构筑起我们新的长城的时候了。
要打赢这场精神领域的反殖民决战，我们的关键在于觉醒。我们要清醒地认识，这不是我们的臆想，而是一个严酷的事实。对我们的精神殖民是全方位的、运用了一切可以运用的手段……但我是乐观的，特别是对我们年轻的一代，我是乐观的。因为我们是一个有着五千年历史积淀的文明大国，我们的祖先给我们留下了异常丰富的精神遗产；因为我们的年轻一代有着比我们更为开放的心态，比我们更为坚定的自信。我相信，只要我们的年轻一代一旦认识到西方对我们的精神殖民的现实时，我们有着一切手段和条件，来打赢这场精神领域的决战。
在这里，我想为我们即将打赢的这场精神决战提供几点我的个人思考：
首先，要打赢这场精神决战，我们要重温马克思的那句著名的座右铭：怀疑一切。因为今天的世界，是西方全面控制着话语权，是西方在向我们发动精神上的殖民攻势。因此我们要循着马克思的榜样，以“怀疑一切”的精神，来抵御对我们的种种洗脑。我们再也不能一味地仰视西方，我们再也不能对西方的一切不求甚解地囫囵吞枣，我们再也不能天真地以为西方告诉我们的一切，就是他们所做的一切、就是历史的终极真理……我们要更多地想一想，再想一想……
当然，怀疑一切，并非质疑一切，更非将来自外部世界的一切都拒之于千里之外。我们不能倒洗澡水的时候，把婴儿也一同倒掉。这是不言而喻的。其次，我们要树立民族自尊为特征的自我意识，我们要认识到，要想让我们变成西方，那是“拔着自己的头发想离开地球”，是永远不可能的，也是完全没有必要的。因为在漫长的五千年中华文明史中，我们不到两百年的挫折，只是历史长河中的一瞬间而已。多难兴邦，这场征服与反征服斗争宛如一场大浪淘沙，它冲走的是精神上的弱者和失败者；它将重塑的是我们的灵魂。我坚信我们终将要打赢这场反精神殖民的战争，并重新构筑我们的审美权、道义权和历史解释权。我们最终要把我们的话语权重新夺回来。中国不仅仅要成为世界经济增长的火车头，而且也应该成为世界历史的书写者和讲解员。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
