After i read this article I decided to do my own research about world job market. I compared the gross wages but also net one in few the most important countries in e-sim Additionally, to show the purchasing powerof all the salaries I decided to use one of the variant of Big Mac index (in that case it was weapon/bread index). You can see this comparison below.

Po przeczytaniu TEGO artykułu, postanowiłem sprawdzić jak na prawdę wygląda sytuacja na światowych rynkach pracy. Aby moje porównanie było jak najbardziej rzetelne, zestawiłem ze sobą zarówno płace brutto jak i netto, z kilku (według mnie) najciekawszych pod tym względem, krajów. Dodatkowo, aby pokazaćsiłę nabywczą poszczególnych walut i samych pensji, które zarobimy w danych krajach, posłużyłem się mechaniką znaną ze wskaźnika Big Maca, który w tym przypadku stał się wskaźnikiem chleba/broni. Całe porównanie przedstawiam poniżej.

As we can see USA is matchless in that statistic. In skills 1,2,3,4 and 10 there are similar offers but others ES lvls are dominated by Uncle Sam country. The differences are clear, especially between USA and Serbia or Hungary where we can see even 100% divergence.

Jak widzimy USA jest bezkonkurencyjne w tej statystyce. Oferty porównywalne do tych, które znajdziemy w kraju Wuja Sama, występują jedynie dla poziomów 1,2,3,4 i 10. Różnice w wysokości pensji również są widoczne, szczególnie pomiędzy USA a Serbią i Węgrami, gdzie rozbieżności te sięgają nawet 100%.
Kolejna tabela przedstawia te same pensje, jednak po odjeciu podatku dochodowego (wartości netto)

Situation here is similar but the differences are even bigger because of small income tax in USA – 10%. In the rest countries taxes are between 15% (Hungary but just for weapons) to even 22% (Romania).

Po opodatkowaniu sytuacja nie uległa drastycznej zmianie. Różnice w wysokości otrzymywanego przez graczy wynagrodzenia są nawet większe, z powodu niskiego podatku dochodowego w Stanach – wynosi on tam 10%. W pozostałych krajach stawki podatku dochodowego są różne i wahają się od 15% na Węgrzech, jednak jedynie przy produkcji broni, do aż 22% w Rumunii.

As we can see, this comparision is a little different. Because of high prices in USA, the China became a leader. Because of the balanced salaries and prices The Middle Kingdom is seems to be a great place to work for players who are not attached to their nations. We can also notice that the differences between all the countries are smaller than before, that’s shows that USA’s product market is more expensive than the average, but the price differences are not enough to say that their job market is not an interesting option too.

Jak widzimy na powyższych porównaniach, uwzględnienie czynnika cenowego zmieniło nieco omawianą sytuację. Z powodu wysokich cen w Stanach, liderem w tej statystyce zostały Chiny. Dzięki zbalansowanym płacom oraz cenom produktów, to właśnie w państwie środka kupimy najwięcej za codzienną wypłatę. Kraj ten wydaje się interesującą opcją dla graczy, którzy nie są zainteresowani walkami dla własnej ojczyzny, a chcą jedynie zarabiać pieniądze, które mogą szybko wydać na najpotrzebniejsze produkty i rozwój konta. Dodatkowo na powyższym zestawieniu możemy także zauważyć, że różnice pomiędzy USA, a innymi krajami również się zmniejszyły, pokazuje to że ceny produktów w USA są powyżej średniej, różnice te nie są jednak wystarczające aby stwierdzić, ze tamten kierunek zarobkowej emigracji jest nieopłacalny. Polacy pamiętajmy jednak, że pracując w ojczyźnie rozwijamy rodzimy rynek, przyczyniając się do bogacenia się kraju dla którego wszyscy walczymy.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
