It has been a long time since I wrote an article, but with this recent election debacle I felt it was time to dust off the type writer.
As most people that pay attention know,
Ronald Reagan / Ronald Reagan II is accused of being pizza the hut/RGR (or a multitude of other names) from another game, and in that game he is loathed and known as a cheater. There is an article somewhere in this game that someone wrote detailing what he did, but I do not know where it is. Here is the story on the OFFICIAL USA FORUMS coincidentally Ronald Reagan / Ronald Reagan II is banned on these forums for using a proxy to visit the forum among other things.
Now with that backstory dealt with, rewind about 4-6 days ago when candidacy for country president opened.
As you can see, 3 days ago I was declared and made a shout, but a few shouts down also relate to me having declared for CP. Shortly after I declared,
justinn decided to run as well. No big deal, just some random running for CP. Now here is where things take a turn for the dumb.

Dr Rush decided to run for president.
OK, no big deal still right? Only
Dr Rush , justinn , and 
Snowball the Dinosaur have submitted candidacy for president. Except that Ronald Reagan II was created day 1397, and used spa/vacation to hit the level required to run for president, and nominated for president before the deadline hit.
Because of the massively intelligent actions of
Dr Rush he split the vote (read above and see who declared when) and caused Ronald Reagan II to win by 19 votes. Not pictured in this article are the 5-15 multis that were created and likely voted for Ronald Reagan II . Again, not that big of a deal because to get the access to the Orgs, the previous President has to give you the password or you have to message a GOA to reset them to a random password. BOTH things can take anywhere from an hour to a day, which is plenty of time for the staff to investigate the election as well as check for multis.
Instead of letting things go that way,
Feefaroni decided to start a civil war . The problem with this?
1) It wasted over 100 gold, while that was private money that was used to create the civil war, it was money that could have been used for supplies for fighters.
2) It takes 24 hours to start the civil war + MINIMUM of 16 hours to complete the civil war and that could last as long as 30 hours if it went to 7-7 before being won by a side.
3) Impeachment takes MAXIMUM of 24 hours to take effect, but it should be able to end early if enough votes are cast. 24 hours < 40-54 hours. (and it shows who votes poorly,

So that is where USA currently stands on the election debacle.
As for the shouts about the massive loans...
It is "common" practice to hide the stocks of the country when your "enemy" wins the election. I did it back before the server reset, but I only moved things to the forgotten MU's in the Orgs. I moved them to places that were still in the control of the country and not in the private hands of individuals, while not out of the reach of the "enemy" they required some searching to be found. What has been done this time however, was that the items and money were given to
Dr Rush and 
Sir Hypnotoad both are respected members of the USA community, albeit one is a bit daft. The issue comes in with the due date on their loans being in 88ish days. They could technically keep all the gold and supplies of the USA for the next 88ish days and then quit or refuse to return the items. Of course they would be banned for refusing to repay a debt, but the damage would be done.
When the impeach law passes,
Snowball the Dinosaur will be the current president of USA and USA will be in a civil war. To retain the seat the loyalist would have to win, and that would be in accordance with the wishes of the voting public. If the rebels win, Feefaroni would be the president, which would be tantamount to disaster as well. A veritable two-clicker, Feefaroni knows "how" to be president but is barely there. Last shout? 4 months ago.
Hurt feelings and all, this is what happened, these are the actions taken by the people you have trusted and placed in charge.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
