Não é a primeira vez, não será a ultima.
Muitos deles dizem que é por falta de atividade no jogo, que também não usam o IRC (o nosso chat), ou então não estão lá muito tempo.
Verdade ou mentira, cada caso é o seu e a mim pouco me importa, mas essas razões são as suficientes para a candidatura ser retirada. (se bem que nem é preciso qualquer razão para o fazer, embora todos os lideres normalmente têm uma razão plausível e aceitável, porque se não, não teriam a continuidade do seu cargo, supondo eu que o partido não é uma máfia organizada só para não deixar jogador X entrar no congresso.)
E porque é que essas razões são suficientes?
Um congresso tem que ser eficiente, o máximo que puder, pois há um país à espera de ser governado e este depende dos congressistas que deviam de ser o mais eficiente possível.
Podem vir com o argumento, "mas ó tu que não te conheço é só clicar um botão."
Claro que é! Mas é preciso o fazer conscientemente, atempadamente, logicamente e certeiro (não vá o rato fugir para o botão ao lado). Portanto, na verdade, é preciso uma total mestria das artes de clicar para governar uma parte do país eficientemente.
Portanto quando alguém vos elimina a candidatura reflitam, se não descobriram o porquê, falem com o vosso líder, talvez ele vos possa dar uma reposta compreensível e se não aceitarem, PROVEM que não é o caso.
Razões pela qual a vossa candidatura foi eliminada:
- Muito novos no jogo. TIP: Se forem muito novos, podem ir ao IRC e mostrem a todos o que sabes (quando na verdade estas a fazer copy-paste de um tutorial brasileiro sobre o e-sim)
- Inatividade. TIP: deixem o tele ligado no website, resultado: sempre online. E passem pelo IRC, principalmente no horário nobre
- Má decisão a votar (isto raramente acontece) - Não há nada a fazer, quando votam, sigam o vosso coração mesmo que os outros não gostem, são pela paz, digam não à guerra! Qualquer dia eles irão vos aceitar como vocês são <3
- NÃO PASSAS PELO IRC - Pessoal, não é preciso ser ativo no IRC embora vos seja pedido e seja naturalmente melhor, porque mostra que estão disponíveis e na altura de votar, eles sabem que vocês estão lá para o fazer. Além disso já vi muito pessoal no congresso que não passava muito no IRC, portanto não é necessário, mas é um grande ponto positivo o fazer! Portanto um líder ira preferir alguém ativo no IRC, obviamente.
-Falta de connects - Exato, talvez seja uma opinião não muito popular, e claro, há excepções, ser amigo ou amigo do amigo é bom, ninguém é inteiramente imparcial e portanto, possam ver isto como uma tip.
-Más experiências passadas - Se já foste do congresso anteriormente e desta vez não foste aceitado, talvez a tua performance não teria sido a melhor, assegura-te que da próxima vez tens um melhor desempenho e terás acesso quase vitalício ao congresso.
. E passem pelo IRC, principalmente no horário nobre
E eu não estou aqui a falar porque sou um daqueles sortudos que nunca passou por isso, passei, mas tentei e com sucesso compreender o outro lado da moeda. Prova?:

Mas lá esta, não reclamo porque o compreendo, tenho experiência passada, dou-me bem com o safewai, sempre me dei, trabalhamos em alguns governos e tudo e mesmo assim não fui eleito porque?
Acabei de me reintegrar no e-sim, raramente passo pelo IRC e a duração da minha atividade no jogo pode ser duvidosa. E isto não é a primeira vez que a minha candidatura foi pelos ares, temos é que olhar em frente e dizer VOU MOSTRAR COMO SOU MAIS ATIVO!
Não estou a tentar incendiar uma discussão sobre casos individuais e se foram justos ou injustos, este tipo de situações acontecem quase todos os meses, mas qualquer critica é bem-vinda.
Quanto aos excluídos, sigam o que disse, uma versão mais simplificada seria:
1. Candidatar ao congresso
2. Fazer spam nos shouts
3. ???
4. Profit

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
