recently i had 2-3 incidents, and i want highlight them, so hopefully in future we wont have any similar problems,
cause unfortunately what was done.. is done, its kinda irreversible situations.. (and a bit annoying for me)
1) As we know, recently we have the chance to ask from staff team to post inactive shares for sale
but under some rules,
a)we cant ask from a SC that we dont own any share..
b)inactive guy must be 70 ( or 90 days inactive?)
c)banned guy must be 7 days banned (or 14 days?)
banned by players request, cant be sold, he isnt considered as banned and illegal guy, but more like when he goes 70 or 90 days inactive, then rule b) is applied
d)only SC's CEO can request shares to be forced for sale from inactives -banned guys
So whats mine problem?

Long time ago, i had bought some shares in that SC, and eventually kept buying shares (3.25g per share-2,5g per share-1,5g-1g-2g-2,5g)
After i took controll, i regrouped a bit the SC
sold all assets of SC at good prices (stocks and companies and curencies) and converted them all to gold, then when i had time, i bought some cheap products (mainly from other SC's i controlled, products like q1-q4 gifts-foods and q5 houses-estates, so a bit special items, that dont have much competition but give good profits)
I wasnt so active there recently, like i amnt much active in game due to RL being nasty recently..
but, was 1 SC, that i had taken care off, had spend time, all assets were in gold form, (except a small stock )and i was major active shareholder, so it was 1 of the SC's in mine personal plans to be used when i would had more time...
So i became CEo by buying sahres from actives, and took me long time till i feel the security that i am CEO, and controller of that SC, without having to worry that some1 overthrown me, or group of shareholders might want overtrow me.(i was majoer sahreholder with near 200 shares , when 2nd major shareholder had near 40-50 sahres, and total active sahres were much less that those i had [i was controlling 50% ++ from active shares, and had paid much for that ease, buying and selling legitly..]
So today i logged on, and saw :

Orlandio bought 2 sahres from player

then asked from staff team to post for sale the shares from inactives guys....(but i am the CEO.....)
here is 1st problem.. cause only CEO can request that..
2nd problem is that staff team coresponded fast enough, they posted for sale quite fast that sahres (i dont know if it was minutes after, or a couple of hours... but still again is fast. In addition when i had asked in past from staff team to post inactives or banned shares for sale, usually i waited few days.. more like a week better to say)
So i can guess he went to support channel and requested that, and his request happened
So here is the 3rd problem, why some staff member posted them for sale, when they knew he wasnt the CEO ( u remember on support channel there was a link with the laws involving the inactives sahres, u were asked to name : the SC's link, the persons link that is inactive and own shares, your proofiles link also [so they see that really are the CEO])
So staff team , posted inactive sahres for sale, and as we see from recent shares transactions,
Orlandio bought these sahres, became major shareholder,sacked me, overthrown me, took over and became CEO...
He then made his 1st act : Pay dividend :
Do you agree to pay 1415.43144 Gold to shareholders?
he voted yes, and .. all the gold assets=gold i had gathered disapeared from SC..
all work i had done in past year-months.. gone-vanished.. cause some1 from staff team allowed that to happen (i dont want to think there was some kind of co-operation , or special treatment.. hope it was just a mistake, which unfortunately is irreversible)
So what it can be done here?
is it possible to reverse the situation????
So what finally applies? any1 that owns even 1 sahre can ask inactives shares to be sold?
changing the balances in SC's?
cause if that is some new rule.. then we gona have in future many many problems, guys even with 1 sahre, gona ask inactive-banned shares to be sold, changing balances in SC's, ruining efforts from old shareholders-CEO's
causing much more problems. weird cases, reports-tickets and so on.
here i want to say, i have no problem with Orlandio, i send him pm, informing him about that article, and also what that move made me feel.. annoyed
but Orlandio isnt the problem. Problem has to do with the laws, and with staff team not having a solid and straight policy involving SC's, shareholders, players, "special treatments",and subjective treatments, or sometimes reckeless aproaches, that finally cause problems...
So i guess they need to take more about their actions, involvements, cause they have the power, they are supposed to be our protectors, and with the power they have, even a small mistake, even by accident might cause harm, loss, disapointment and much bigger problems eventually. So they need to pay more attention on their action and to possible consequences on us.. the common mortals..
1 more incident i had few days ago was..on happy SC
in the past i was messaged from few Happy SC shareholders asking to request from staff team to post inactive sahres for sale.
Also i was messaged from some members from staff team wether i wanted to have inactive-banned sahres for sale (yeah they had mesasged me, cause i was/am the CEO.. and only me, the CEO can request that..)
so like 4 weeks ago i went to support channel and asked them to remove the sahres from 3 inactive sahreholders (i wanted do that eventually, cause total number of inactive sahres must had been like 10k sahres, and if 10k sahres were posted for sale, then SC's share value due to big amount of shares would cause devalue)
Guys on support channel told me that i had to fill in the form. So i did it. I waited few days but nothing happened. So i returned to support channel and they told me i shall pm either Anqa or Staff.
So i pmed both of them, with the name of SC, the links of the guys ( near 2800 sahres total from 3 inactive sahreholders) and me ofc the CEO.
And i waited...
Few days later i see mine notifications and saw finally there were posted for sale..
but i notice something weird.. so i go check SC and recent transactions... only to see, that all sahres that were owned from long inactives were posted for sale...near 13-14k sahres (lol...)
So here are mine problems :
1) i asked sahres from 3 guys only to be posted for sale, but Staff sold all of them... (it isnt so nice ask something specific and something different to happen)
2)when i went to support channel i was told either to fill in the form (which seems to be ignored or seems they delay much to check it, or they never see it. (while on 1st incident with Orlandio, i guess he went to support channel and asked it and happened [ so different treatment between to equal players, unless we arent equal]. For me, theoritically even the poorer and richest need to have the same rights-treatment. Also even the older or the younger player need to have also same treatment...
3)i had to wait few days, till i notice form doesnt work and re-request at support channel and then pm Anqa and Staff and again wait few days for sahres to be sold, while at Orlandios case, shares seems to been posted for sale pretty fast unlike me..
So i wonder again..
And actually i dont wonder, i just feel and felt annoyed, and a bit disapointed
Again we have a irreversible situation..
We had plenty of people that bought shares from Happy SC at prices like 1g per share or 1,5g per sahre or even more...
by flooding the SC, with 13k sahres, valued at 0.46g per share, means they are in big loss instanly. And overall offfers and demands would decrease, like the value of the sahres.
Again seems no1 thought of the consequesnces to the regular average player...
Only me cared.. about mine SC's shareholders (and about mine interest, not to loose the contraol of the SC.. if i was few more time offline.. maybe some1 would grab plenty of that cheap shares and become CEo in mine SC (yeah happy SC is mine baby, mine beloved SC, which i had took from 3-4k gold value and raised it to 11-12k gold, with really hard, and by paying for 1,5 year regularly weekly dividends.. ( 60g per week... giving us in 1,5 year.. 78 weeks x 60 gold =4680g dividends..
So that SC for me is like baby, history, emotional concetions, and i could had lost it quite easy, cause.. some1 posted for sale all inactive sahres without mine permision..

11 months ago, i had bought from dvd3434 sahres and became major shareholder and CEO.
Again i worked hard here, sold all assets at good prices, and converted all to gold form. (think it was near 4.500 gold)
and kept them inside the SC. while i was trying eventually buy more sahres from active guys.
1 day by accident, instead post offer to buy 50 sahres at 0.5g per sahre, i missclicked and posted for sale 50 sahres at 0.5g...
big mistake.
Player atixcs took advantage of it, and became CEo (i send him 3 polite pms telling him i made a mistake and i was willing to buy back the shares and pay him something more (but he didnt even bothered to

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
