最开头，感谢上一次给我意见的同学们
首先不管好看与否，我还是承认一件事，当下的这个头像是我做的。
就是这个
然后说一下事情的起因。由于某个国家/玩家是实在看着太讨厌，我就做了某个系列（抽XX）图片。这里为了避免讨论过多与主题无关且容易招致麻烦的问题就不贴图了。
你问是什么图片？你看看西瓜，九川，方丈，153，鸡米花等现在用的什么图片就行了。
这大概是1周多以前的故事了。
然后其实为了配合效果，我也给ORG做了一个。
但是也有人觉得这样还是不大妥当，于是这个图片就被搁置了，然后被西瓜换了个比较像QQ表情的头像，
然后有人觉得用一个QQ表情做头像还是有点不妥，我就做了这个洛天依的。
这个洛天依的头像说来话长。由于我国ORG历史上应该没有洛天依头像为了区分不妨叫她洛天依1号。
当时这件事商量的时候我收到了一摞初步提议，呼声较高的比如说洛天依，舰娘，东方。
然后为了尽快做出来一个先用上，考虑一番之后洛天依1号基本上以最快的速度诞生了并投入了使用。
但是洛天依1号并谈不上是我的一个觉得可以说得上很好的作品，或者说还有提升。
于是也就有了后话。也就有了后来的工作和这篇文章。
再来简单地说一下做头像的事情吧，15军D1000之后不少头像都由我操刀，谈不上好看但是大多还是能用的，自己也有些经验，在此说上几点。
一般来说找我做头像我都会要求自己提供图片，实在不行我会自己去找合适的。但是我会尽量避免后者，因为很耗时间。
为什么很耗时间，首先你不见得会找得到这个人，在某个图库里面。
然后同样画一个人，质量不一（坦言不少情况下质量较差的还真不少），就算质量好的也是画风不同，萝卜白菜之事也不免频繁被提起。
这就少了大部分图片，可以说看到100张图里面能有10张入选都算很好的情况了。
之后这个图还要好处理，不少好看的图就算下下来发现光抠图就要抠垮人如果没有一定的必要也基本就坐板凳了。
光这些工作不顺利的话就足够让我想报警了。
再然后的事情，我用我一次用伊8的图片做头像说一下。
首先现在的人拍照也好，画画也好，会有一些处理，比如说：
但是这真的不是一件太好的事情。为什么，因为头部不是完全的，这表明头像制作的时候必须要根据这些来安放头像。一张图里面要都是这个需要特殊考虑那个也要特殊考虑的东西会让这件事变得很不愉快，而且通常没有好结果。
顺带一提这三张是我留下来的，是我觉得：“实在没有那么多画的适合的于是被我留下来看看有没有可能”的。还真有一个做成了头像，这是后话，不提。
所以包括我之后做的头像，柊镜麻美夕张滨风大和大凤初音立华奏等都好，大都是先看了以几百张计算的图片然后挑出来十几张甚至几张的这个比例才有可能进入后面的制作和使用的。
有的时候一个头像还会不断的改，以求更加的好看，比如说之前初音的和目前用的立华奏的。
所以说，我尽管有的时候显得头像换的很快，但是这不代表一个普通的图就能变成我的头像的。
这一次也不例外。
首先交到我手上的选择就有洛天依，东方（主要是灵梦），舰娘等，然后之后的征集文章里面也有一些选择。
其实做出这些选择的原则好像也很简单，一个是好看（其实好像是萌），第二个中国元素，就能入选。
然后之后我又把miku塞了进去，理由其实不说一定正确，但是也有我的考虑，因为：第一、图多。第二、找质量好的不难。第三，也是一个很玄乎的东西，但是我确认为很重要，因为我熟知miku，因此这个人物如何选择，如何处理我会更加有把握和信心。
然后我就去图片网站上看图片去了，各个种类只要觉得有可能的都看过一些。也下载了不少材料。
然后事情出现了一个转折，是这样的，由于舰娘的图片实在是过于庞大，何况舰娘的人物还非常的多，虽然东方也是，但是舰娘还有一个要命的地方，那就是基本上是个船（有夸张，自行体会我的感觉就行了）就有人萌，不像东方那样集中度比较高。
那怎么办，先把双大武B401放上去，然后再放傻级，然后再放吃喝组，再放五航战，再放颜艺级，再放偶像级，再放亲女儿级，再放拜月神教，五月雨神教，六驱，大鲸E8E19E58E168马路油pangpangpangpang……然后这个不比掌心小太多头像就变成马赛克一样了。
我还不如直接画个马赛克。
那囧么办，于是我就去问了问某个同学，有了如下的回复，解决了我想不到的问题。
同理里面的词汇也可以换成灵梦啊，miku啊什么的，毕竟萌归萌，但是跟中国扯不上太多关系的话好像还真不是个事。
看起来选择就只有洛天依了。
当然我不否认还有更多的选择，只不过要我做的话，我对这个最有信心。
比如我也想到了红美玲和凰铃音等。但是毕竟来说红美玲简直就是个沙包+悲剧，万一把国运弄差了我不得背锅，凰铃音的话一个是图片没有想象的多，第二个IS个人觉得也就那样吧。（虽然我真的没准哪一天会换一个凰铃音的头像）
虽然这意味着我之前做的东方和舰娘和miku的准备工作可以说基本被我废弃了，但是确定了方向也未尝不是个坏事。
然后就是制作。
制作的话，光国旗我就找了不下5面一个个试效果，得出来一个用起来较顺手和一个还算能看的结论。
然后经过了不比上面所描述的简单的过程，有了以下几个样品，其中后面是使用的效果图。

其中1号是当下ORG头像，但我感觉最为良好的是洛天依2号，这在我做了之后几个样品和更多还没来的及保存就消逝了的作品之后仍然在我心里有着不可撼动的地位的作品。
但这个样品也有一些反映，所以我也做了不亚于处理其他图片工作量的修改，又有了以下几应该算得上亚种的产品。

就这样了，做这个头像花了我不少时间，还花了不少时间企图把二号PK掉我也未能成功。暂时不想再花时间了。
要我选，我会选2号，但是我也把其他的摆出来了。要是有有价值的修改意见我会尝试。

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
